It was conceptualised in 1991 with the sole purpose of providing excellent international quality management of various Surgical & Gynaecological problems endoscopically. A pressing need was felt to replace open laparotomies by minimally invasive surgery which has the advantage of one day hospital stay, lesser postoperative pain, early return to activity and better wound healing.
